When purchasing online using a credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page.  Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card processor's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved.  Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

We accept all major credit cards (i.e. VISA, Mastercard, and American Express) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.  We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery payments.

Our payment processor has control of what to accept or decline.  We don't have any control over this as we don't have access to your billing credentials.  If for any reason you have tried to place an order with your credit card and have been declined, you can use PayPal Express to checkout; which doesn't require a PayPal account.  You can use your billing details as normal and PayPal will handle the transaction.

Please contact us so we can change your email address.  We can change your email address, name, and/or address, but we can't change your order.

Though we highly encourage you to double check quantities and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things happen and mistakes can be made.  We submit orders for processing the same day they are made.  If a change needs to be made to your order please email us at sales@cashmoneywholesale.com and we'll do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises.  If the order has already been prepared by our fulfillment center we can't make changes to it.
